Self Mastery: Exploring True Self

This course is considered a “consciousness core course” and is one of the prerequisites to practitioner training.  An unchanging course to explore and develop your true self while utilizing the science of mind principles and practices.  A course in which is a design to take a closer look at relationships, aging and death, your sense of self-esteem, as they relate to your true whole nature of self.  By the end of this time together you will have a greater insight into your true nature.  Join us as we journey together reaching for the high summits of self-mastery.

Thursday Evening Mindfulness Meditations

Join the CSL Tacoma sangha (community) on Thursday evenings at 7 PM for meditation and reflection.  Led by Rev Drew Ebersole and guest speakers.  All are welcome.  No registration required.

Grief and loss are not only from the death of a loved one or pet but can also be from moving, changing careers/jobs, loss of health, relationships, divorce, and so much more.
This workshop is designed for people experiencing any type of loss and grief, and for those who want to help them. The workshop will include slides and a safe place to identify and explore the many levels and areas of grief.
The goal is to assist and share strategies to move through the feelings of loss, emptiness, loneliness, anger and sadness in order to enter a new place of well-being.
