Qi Gong's gentle, flowing movements regulate your nervous system, increase energy, and reduce burnout.
The Five Elements is a complete system. Each flow builds on the next, bringing mind, emotions, and body into alignment.
Every 90-minute class includes:

This is the first Qi Gong set Kent ever learned. It is foundational, timeless, and deeply nourishing.
Never tried Qi Gong? Not sure your body can keep up? Every movement can be done seated or standing. Beginners and people using walkers or wheelchairs are all welcome.
Come once, or come every Wednesday. Each class stands on its own. No props or special equipment necessary. Reserve your spot, or pay at the door.
Doors open at 4:45.

We’ll experience how our cards may assist us in healing, about manifesting our deepest desires and deepening spiritually. This workshop is not about being an artist, it is fun, creative, and insightful. Come and be inspired in an atmosphere of energy, camaraderie and loving support. Rev.
