MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Join our sangha (sanskrit for "community") every Thursday @ 7pm for a mindfulness meditation, led by Rev. Drew. We follow with gratitude the Theravada tradition of vipassana ("insight") meditation.

Reflections

Following our 40 minute meditation, we have a quick bio break and then reflect on teachings on living in balance and harmony. See below for our current theme as well as resources discussed.

In this earth experience, we are subject to the blowing winds of these conditions. But how we do stay centered on windy days, and how do we cultivate more serenity and less "windiness" in our own lives?
